I have heard almost every speech of his since his debut on the national scene in the last few years, even the ones that were given in the pre-electioneering days. I was discussing the livability index of different cities with a friend this evening. One of the most important parameters that was high on my list was for the place to have great weather. (the current sultry Delhi weather with 40 degrees C temperature and 35% humidity probably had a bit part to play in my bias!). I surprised myself with a unique argument while putting forth my reasons to the 76 year old friend.
